[Rally Software] Agile business 를 위한 Rally 소개

지난 주부터 새로운 팀에 소속돼서 일하고 있습니다.

전임자 일을 이어 받아서 Sprint 1 을 무사히 마치고 어제부터 Sprint 2 가 시작됐습니다.

여기서는 15일 단위로 Sprint 를 나눠서 일을 진행하고 있습니다.

지금 일하고 있는 곳에서는 Agile business를 위해서 Rally Software를 사용하고 있습니다.

사용한지 며칠 안 됐지만 직관적이고 꽤 사용이 편리한 것 같더라구요.

Rally 전에는 HP에서 나온 ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)를 사용했는데.. 아마 Rally로 점차 이동하고 있나 봅니다.

지금은 ALM은 Manual Test 관리와 Defect 관리용으로만 사용하고 있고 주요 작업인 Automation testing 과 관련한 lifecycle 관리는 Rally에서 하고 있습니다.

저도 Rally에 대해 좀 더 알아보려고 Rally 홈페이지에 가 봤는데요.
