September Puget Sound Squid fishing, ft. Sixgill Shark and Octopus

이곳 시애틀에 있는 Puget Sound에서는 요즘 오징어 잡이가 한창이다.

난생 처음 오직어 낚시를 나갔는데...

운 좋게 오징어 뿐만 아니라 문어와 게도 잡고 다른 사람이 큰 상어와 낚싯줄을 사이에 두고 힘겨루기 하는 장면도 봤다.

 

물론 오징어 (한치)도 듬뿍 잡아 와서 맛있게 먹어 주고...

오징어 잡이는 겨울 내내 할 수 있는 것 같다.

가끔 오징어가 먹고 싶으면 나가서 잡아 올 수 있어서 좋네.....

 

 

I went squid fishing to Puget Sound.
On the first day, I caught an octopus and a crab. (Released them)
I couldn't catch a single squid.
I was able to bring about 50 squids because my wife caught  quite a bit and young couple next to her gave a lot.
Thanks young couple! ;)

On the second day, I caught about 30 by myself.
My wife caught about 10 and was able to take about 40.
I also caught a Red Rock Crab that day.
It's not the season, so I let it go.

However, the highlight of the day was the sixgill shark.
This is my first squid fishing in my life, and I think I had some strange experiences from the beginning.
