🍄 시애틀 숲속에서 — AI 이야기 그리고 앞으로의 계획 🚀
2년 동안 오직 AI 공부에만 몰두하다가,
오랜만에 Mt. Rainier로 송이버섯을 따러 다녀왔습니다.
숲길을 걸으며 AI에 대한 생각,
그리고 앞으로의 계획에 대해 이야기했습니다.
이번 산행에서는 두 가지의 제 모습을 느꼈습니다.
🌲 자연을 탐험하는 Wild Forager로서의 나,
🤖 그리고 지성을 탐구하는 AI Researcher로서의 나.
이 두 모습이 함께 있다는 것이 참 흥미로웠습니다.
올해는 시애틀 지역의 송이버섯이 풍년은 아니었지만,
그럼에도 불구하고 꽤 많은 수확을 할 수 있었습니다.
내년에는 🍄 송이버섯도, 그리고 💡 AI에 쏟은 노력도,
좋은 결실로 돌아오길 바랍니다.

🍄 In Seattle’s Forests — Talking AI & Looking to the Future 🚀
After two years of focusing entirely on AI research,
I finally took a break and went for a Matsutake mushroom foraging trip to Mt. Rainier.
While walking through the forest,
I shared my reflections on AI, my thoughts about life as a Wild Forager,
and my plans for the future.
This trip reminded me that both sides of who I am —
🌲 a curious explorer of nature and 🤖 a researcher of intelligence —
are deeply connected.
This year, Seattle’s matsutake season wasn’t the most abundant,
but I was grateful to find more than I expected.
Next year, I hope both the forest harvest 🌾 and my AI journey 💡
bring even richer results.
